Brandon Ashkouti is an Atlanta native, a graduate of Marist High School, the University of Colorado, and attended graduate school at the Scheller College of Business at Georgia Tech from 2010 to 2012. Brandon's real estate career began in 2003 with Grybaski, Howe and Gravley Properties in an acquisition capacity locating sites and managing the development of single-tenant retail projects. He went on to form a partnership with his family to focus on the rollout of several national retail and restaurant groups and to start the national retail development arm of their multi-generational commercial investment firm. Brandon has specialized in build-to-suit retail, repositioning of commercial assets, land development, and rezoning land assemblages for the past 15 years. He has managed commercial developments from acquisition and design, through construction and disposition. 90% of these projects involve Fortune 500 retailers. Brandon formed Eden Rock Real Estate Partners in 2013. The core business for Eden Rock remains in single-tenant and retail driven development. In addition, recent projects have grown significantly in scale and complexity. Brandon recently completed several projects including MarketPlace Terrell Mill and Westside Village in Atlanta, totaling $180,000,000. These projects included warehouse-retail conversions, multi-tenant retail and grocery-anchored mixed-use with multi-family and townhome components.

Patrick Plettner is Sr. VP of Development for Eden Rock Capital Partners based in Charlotte, NC. He has 22 years of commercial real estate development experience focused in the retail sector and has created substantial wealth for investors in his tenure in developing over $150M in projects on the East Coast. Patrick understands the planning and development of growing a retailer footprint in having worked with multiple retail tenants across different segments of the market; drug stores, auto part stores, QSR's, pre-schools and banks. In addtion, his experience of ground-up development allows him to foster these tenant relationships and apply the financial acumen needed in targeting and achieving profits and returns for investors. Patrick has been involved in every aspect of development including marketing analysis, site selection, land planning, financial modeling, entitlements, lease negotiations and is geographically focused on the needs of the client and tenant. He is a Charlotte, NC native and graduated from North Carolina State University in Business. He is a CCIM candidate and a Broker-in-Charge for the State of North Carolina.
Claire Crawford is an Acquisitions Associate with Eden Rock Reale State Partners where she sources redevelopment opportunities, focusing on single tenant retail projects. Claire specializes in GIS mapping, void analysis, and market planning. She has experience in retail tenant representation supporting brokers and national retail clients, conducting market research, site selection, due diligence, prospecting for new clients, and creating print and digital marketing content. She is most passionate about site selection and unlocking new development opportunities. Claire si a member of CREW Atlanta and the Georgia CCIM chapter.
