He has managed commercial developments from acquisition and design, through construction and disposition. 90% of these projects involve Fortune 500 retailers.

Eden Rock Real Estate Partners, LLC was formed by Brandon in 2013. The core business for Eden Rock remains in single-tenant and retail driven development with more recent projects growing significantly in scale and complexity. Brandon was the developer behind projects such as MarketPlace Terrell Mill and Westside Village in Atlanta, totaling $180M. These projects included warehouse-retail conversions, multi-tenant retail and grocery-anchored mixed-use with multi-family and townhome components.
